Requirements:
- Fully accomplished Accreditation Form
- Valid Real Estate Broker's License (PRC)
- BIR Registration Form 2303
- Photocopy of two (2) valid government-issued IDs with photo and signature
- NBI Clearance
- List of Accredited Real Estate Salesperson
- Copy of Official Receipt
Additional Requirements for Sole Propietorship or Corporation:
- DTI Registration or SEC Certificate
- Articles of Incorporation & By-Laws (Corporation)
- Business Permit
